the closing of the Normal School. On perusal of this correspondence and of the letter of Mr May, the late Principal of the Normal School, which is forwarded by Mr Wright, will, I think, satisfy Your Lordship that the experiment of establishing this separate school has proved a failure. According to Mr May, sufficient
